We love being a part of the Myrtle Beach, SC community. I have been with State Farm since 2001, serving customers in various parts of the country. My family and I have lived here in South Carolina for 15 years, and it’s been an incredible place to call home. Outside the office, you can usually find me doing something outdoors or spending time with my family at the beach.

Our office focuses on delivering real value to our customers. Value is not just chasing the lowest price or implementing a cookie-cutter program; it’s making sure everyone who comes through our doors walks away confident they are properly covered. This confidence is accomplished by getting to know you and then crafting a package that fits your unique situation, so you are ready for the road ahead. I also encourage every customer to have an annual review. This way, as your life changes, we can reassess your insurance needs and make any necessary adjustments.

As a 1st generation immigrant, I am very familiar with the moving process, across the world or down the street. I meet customers on their top and worst days. I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years! I moved to the area 10 years ago and my neighbor referred me to the Jay Jefferson State Farm Agency where I have been a customer ever since. I take great pride in educating and helping our customers to understand the importance of having the right coverage in place for when the unthinkable happens.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, especially my two beautiful grandchildren! Hanging out with them at the beach or in the backyard, priceless!!

I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the “Jay Jefferson State Farm Agency” since June of 2022. I enjoy my current role as our office receptionist. I find so much joy in being the first person our customers meet when they walk through our doors or speak with when they call our office. Each day I’m a part of this team, I always lead with the intention of making a positive impact on our customers, being there in their time of need, comforting them during a difficult time, or just being that smile they needed for the day.

What separates our office is our ability to connect with everyone we encounter. We treat our customers the same way we would want our loved ones to be treated. As a team, we strive to go the extra mile. The hope is that it shows when our customers leave our office having a better day and confident we have their interests at heart.

I relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC from Winchester, Va in October of 2017. Moving down to the coast has been one of my greatest adventures. I have met so many wonderful people. Not to mention, I wouldn’t trade this weather for anything! In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, reading and spending time with my Border Collie, Lucy.
