Jay Jefferson

I have been working for Jay since he opened the Myrtle Beach location in 2014. I have learned so much from his leadership. I absolutely love helping/educating new & existing customers with insurance jargon so they can make important coverage decisions on almost everything.

As a 1st generation immigrant, I am very familiar with the moving process, across the world or down the street. I meet customers on their top and worst days. My job is to prepare you for the catastrophes of life. So, if you have any questions, please call me, email me or just stop by. I love meeting with customers and have not met a stranger yet.

Personally, I enjoy spending time hanging out with my family & 3 dogs, outdoors, hiking, traveling, reading & cooking.

I have dedicated over 7 years of my career to working at State Farm Insurance alongside Jay, where I have developed a passion for assisting our customers in managing and mitigating the risks they face in their everyday lives. I take great pride in having straightforward conversations with our customers and empowering them to make well-informed decisions that align with their financial and insurance needs. As a licensed Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health Insurance professional, I am equipped to provide top-notch service to our patrons.

My enthusiasm for motorized vehicles, particularly Mustangs, is evident in my frequent attendance at car shows and events. The thrill of traveling and exploring new destinations invigorates me just as much as witnessing the satisfaction of our customers experience when we help them navigate through difficult situations successfully.

Being a part of Team Jay Jefferson has been an incredible journey, it gives me immense joy to come to work every day with such an exceptional team.

The coast is where I belong. I love Myrtle Beach and have grown up along the SC coast. My passions are family, helping others, and college sports...Go Gamecocks and College of Charleston. I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years! I moved to the area 10 years ago and my neighbor referred me to the Jay Jefferson State Farm Agency where I have been a customer ever since. I was treated like family from day one and was asked to join the team in 2021. I take great pride in educating and helping our customers to understand the importance of having the right coverage in place for when the unthinkable happens.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, especially my two beautiful grandchildren! Hanging out with them at the beach or in the backyard, priceless!!

I have lived in Myrtle Beach area since 2006, originally coming here from Russia. I am a Multi-Line Representative licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health Insurance, and have been with Jay Jefferson State Farm since 2022.

I am passionate about helping my customers protect what’s important to them and assisting them in making informed decisions about managing everyday risks. I take pride in providing excellent customer service to each and every one of my customers, educating them about their policies and coverages, and always being there to answer any questions they may have.

In my free time I love spending time outside with my two kids and a dog named Buddy. On a sunny day you can always find us on the beach, or riding our bikes, or just going for a nice walk. I am happy to be a part of a team that shares the same values as I do, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the “Jay Jefferson State Farm Agency” since June of 2022. I enjoy my current role as our office receptionist. I find so much joy in being the first person our customers meet when they walk through our doors or speak with when they call our office. Each day I’m a part of this team, I always lead with the intention of making a positive impact on our customers, being there in their time of need, comforting them during a difficult time, or just being that smile they needed for the day.

What separates our office is our ability to connect with everyone we encounter. We treat our customers the same way we would want our loved ones to be treated. As a team, we strive to go the extra mile. The hope is that it shows when our customers leave our office having a better day and confident we have their interests at heart.

I relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC from Winchester, Va in October of 2017. Moving down to the coast has been one of my greatest adventures. I have met so many wonderful people. Not to mention, I wouldn’t trade this weather for anything! In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, reading and spending time with my Border Collie, Lucy.
